Reliance Jio Infocomm has developed
an impressive download and upload speeds up to 49mbps and 9mbps respectively
for 4G LTE services. This 4G service is launched
in the first half of 2014. The company provides speed over 12 times faster than
the current average of 4Mbps on the county's 3G networks.
India's growing Smartphone
market will give huge response to 4G service by Reliance Jio. There will be
wire which will runs into house that can be connected to various device and
create a local Wi-Fi network for people to access broadband. There will be a
set-top- box that provide both broadband and television services.
RJIL is the only company
in the country which provides 4G spectrum with 20 MHz in one frequency band
known as wireless broadband access spectrum. It has been allocated 2.2 crore
numbers to start its services. RJIL has loaded 150 channels that it will
provide across all devices from mobile to television using high speed 4G
network.
