Samsung has released its 5 inch new miracle today for
the Indian market. It is the Exynos 5 Octa-core 5410 processor variant for the
Indian market, which is what the list announced by Sammobile earlier. Yes, With
this India gets its first eight-core, truly lightening fast mobile phone today.
Samsung had unveiled the Galaxy S4 Smartphone on 14
March. The phone sports a 5-inch full-HD screen with a resolution of 1080x1920
pixels, and pixel density of 441ppi. It is powered by 1.6GHz Exynos octa-core
processor and comes with 2GB of RAM.
The pricing and accessibility comes as a enjoyable
surprise as Samsung has managed to impress on both fronts. In comparison, the
Galaxy S4's main rival HTC One is priced at Rs. 42,990 ($792) and is yet to go
on sale despite being announced earlier this month. Even the iPhone 5 is
currently priced at Rs. 45,500 ($838) for the 16GB model (although dealers are
selling it for a bit less). The Rs. 41,500 price is the MRP, so expect it to be
a bit lower in stores.
Samsung on Friday reported its sixth straight quarter
of profit growth ahead of Galaxy S4's debut, the South Korean giant's biggest
assault on rival Apple yet. Samsung Galaxy S4 is accepted to be available on
327 mobile carriers across 155 countries
